Osa Rainforest Real Estate & Rentals started in October of 2011. With the idea of sharing this very beautiful and special place that I’ve had the privilege of living in for many years. The mission is to make as low an impact on the environment and native culture as possible, while helping to generate employment for the community. To help ensure that development that comes to the Osa Peninsula brings a positive experience for local people and the tourists whilst protecting the amazing natural environment of the Osa.

Jamison Carroll grew up in Bergen County New Jersey and studied at Portland State University in Portland Oregon. Jamison lived abroad for over 23 years in countries in Europe and Africa as well as in Australia and New Zealand. Living and working abroad enhanced Jamison's cross- cultural experiences and sensitivity and helped him develop practical skills as he adapted to new and varied environments.

In 2021 he moved to Raleigh North Carolina to be near family and joined Keller Williams before finding his home at Choice Residential Real estate, a local North Carolina firm. Exemplary ethical standards, exceptional service, and innovative marketing strategies are what distinguish Jamison in the marketplace. Prior to moving to North Carolina he lived in Costa Rica for thirteen years working in property management, real estate sales, marketing and the vacation rental business. He still maintains involvement in and ownership of Osa Rainforest Real Estate & Rentals in the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica.
